What to do if a piece is not quite right.

I want every piece to be used, worn, and trusted. If something is not right, reach out and I will do my best to make it right.

Start With A Note

Send an email with your order details, a short explanation, and any useful photos.

Ready-made pieces may be eligible for return if they are unworn, unaltered, and still in their original condition.

Custom work is built for a specific person, purpose, or measurement. Those pieces are handled case by case.

When repair makes more sense than return, I will say so. Good work should stay in use.
