Shipping
Shipments are hand-packed and typically leave within 3-5 business days for ready-to-ship items. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces take longer, with timelines discussed beforehand. Orders are packed simply with adequate protection, avoiding excess filler. Tracking details are emailed upon shipment. For inquiries about timing or other concerns, customers are encouraged to reach out before shipping.
Every shipment is meticulously packed by hand in our workshop.
Most ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 3-5 business days. However, made-to-order or bespoke pieces may require additional time, as each item is crafted individually.
