The Leather Tricorn Hat started as a study in how much structure a simple piece of leather can hold.
The goal is not costume gloss. It is a useful period form made with honest material, clean edges, and enough restraint to feel made rather than theatrical.
This one is on the bench as a prototype while the brim shape, crown height, and finish are being tuned.
