The story
The Field Tote started as a place to put the things that never seem to have a place.
Patterns, tools, notebooks, fabric scraps, coffee, errands. The bag needed to handle all of it without becoming precious.
The prototype is about proportion: enough structure to stand up, enough softness to get out of the way.

Care & wear
How it will change.
Brush clean. Spot clean. Re-wax as needed.
- Leather patina Vegetable-tanned leather darkens, marks and softens with handling. What is happening, what to do, and what to leave alone.
- Waxed canvas care Brush it, wipe it, warm it, re-wax it. Why waxed cloth is never washed, and how a worn finish is brought back.
